During the construction of the new retail outlet centre within the O2 London, Bond Project Services was engaged to project manage and cost manage both a Hobbs London unit and a Phase Eight. The projects were completed simultaneously.

Being within the O2 the projects had the usual central London logistical challenges as well as alarge number of non activity days created by the show schedule within the centre. Our works included procurement, valuation processes, programming, regular reporting, benchmarking and a rigid completions process.
