Bond Project Services acted as project managers and quantity surveyors to support the internal delivery teams to re-site the existing WHSmith store into a new unit. Not only did this include re-siting existing equipment, but also expanding and refreshing the new store to suit the latest design initiatives and minimise disruption to the trading store.

Our works included programming, procurement, logistic planning and regular reporting.
